"Good overall, but the short dates were disappointing"
Most of the items arrived in good condition, but a couple had much shorter dates than I was expecting. It’s still usable, so I’m not too upset, but I do feel like something should be offered to make up for it since I wouldn’t have picked those items myself with such limited time left.

"Arrived sooner than I expected"
I ordered a few bits from back home and, to be honest, I wasn’t really sure how long they’d take to arrive. But they came way quicker than I thought, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy to follow too. Overall, really happy with the delivery, no hassle at all.

"A bit disappointed at first, but really well handled"
One of the things I ordered turned out to be out of stock, which was a bit annoying at first, not gonna lie. But they swapped it for something really similar and let me know properly, so I went from frustrated to impressed quite quickly. No hassle, no confusion, and the parcel still arrived fine. i was happy with how they dealt with it and I’d use them again...

I ordered some biscuits, cheese, and a few chilled items, and I was really impressed. Everything was packed properly, arrived in great condition, and tasted fresh. No short dates, no squashed packaging, nothing worrying at all. It definitely made me feel confident ordering again. Very happy with the whole experience.

I was able to find what I needed, so like I said, the website does the job. The pages were just a bit slow to load, and checkout felt kind of messy. Like I said, it’s okay overall, but it could definitely be smoother

The tracking itself was really easy to follow and the updates came through clearly enough. I could see when my order left and when it was due, which was handy, and the parcel arrived when expected with no chasing needed. The only downside was that when I had a quick question, I felt a bit dismissed rather than properly helped. Overall, the delivery side was good...

and I was a bit nervous about ordering a few bits to the EU because of possible customs fees, but British Corner Shop made it clear at checkout what I might need to pay. There were no nasty surprises when the parcel arrived, and everything came through fine. The duty info was easy enough to understand too, so I’d happily use them again.

Typical bad timing on my part — I only found this place after I’d already stocked up elsewhere. But they had all the usual British brands I miss from back home, so I’ll definitely be coming here first next time

I was really happy with the selection on here. I found crisps, tea, and biscuits I haven’t seen in ages, and I don’t care if that sounds dramatic, it genuinely made my day. There are loads of brands from back home, so ordering was easy and definitely worth it for me.

I’ve had a good experience here overall. Most of the stuff I need is usually in stock, which is more than I can say for some other places I’ve tried where shelves are often empty or I have to make a second trip. It’s nice being able to stop in and actually find what I came for

Really happy with my order overall. I picked up a few little bits I can’t find locally, and everything arrived in good condition, packed neatly with nothing missing. It did take a little while to get here, but it wasn’t a big deal. No fuss, no problems, and I’d happily use them again.

"Damaged item, but they handled it so easily"
One of my items turned up a bit damaged, which was annoying, but these things happen I guess. I emailed them thinking it might turn into a whole back-and-forth, and I was already half expecting it to be a hassle.
But they replied quickly and just sorted it, no fuss, no awkward questions, no making me feel like I was being difficult. Really appreciated that, and now I’d definitely order from them again. Funny how good service can make the whole thing feel fine in the end.

"Missing bits got sorted quickly"
Had a few things missing from my order, which was a bit annoying as I only noticed while unpacking everything on the kitchen table after work. I contacted support and they sorted it really quickly, refunded me without any fuss. The rest of the stuff arrived well packed and in good condition, so I’m still happy and would order again

Pretty happy with the prices overall, especially considering everything’s being shipped abroad. A few items are a bit more than you’d pay in UK shops, but that’s to be expected. Checkout was straightforward too, with no nasty surprises, so I’d definitely order again.
